Profile:Kassa, a Rolls Royce engine in a mini cooper chassis! All engine and no frame! Now, this guy can run: Kassa won the World Half Marathon Championship in 92' and has continued to complete at the highest level ever since. His PBs include a 62-minute half marathon clocking and a 2.15 marathon! Kas finished 14th in this years London Marathon and is now in training for the Commonwealth Games in 2006! Not only can he walk the walk but as a qualified UKA coach, he can also talk the talk. Kas is extremely knowledgeable on coaching techniques and has put this into practice with his own outstanding achievements.
