Mo is a popular figure within the running community, not just because of his fantastic athletic achievements but because of his charming and friendly nature. After previously living with the Kenyan athletes in Teddington, Mo has flourished since his change of lifestyle and living partners by soaring to 2nd on the UK all time 5000m rankings with his fantastic 13.09.40. Certainly no fluke, Mo has continued this excellent form, recently adding an individual European Cross Country title to his name. Mo's success looks set to continue and progress even further and he is becoming a major inspiration to the young athletes of today. Set to become a real Olympic medal hope, Mo will no doubt take the whole thing in his stride, adopting the same casual, laid-back attitude that has got him where he is today.
